ArcGIS Pro - Changing Projections (On the Fly)

Does the coordinate system change for the first file added or first in the drawing order?

Thanks Garrison! First file in (raster or vector) changes the projection. Nothing you do after that (change drawing order, add files, remove files, etc.) will change it again - until you jump in the settings of map document and change it yourself.
