*Queen Debbie, this is your channel. You do what you want my sister. There's always someone out here trying to correct someone else or putting someone down. Personally, I love coming to your channel because you teach. I also love listening to you talk. I say the intro with you every time...can't help it. Thank you Queen. Manners and Respect always.*
But your intro is perfect. I was going through some tough emotions I found your video and it lit my whole night up you're doing an amazing job. Thank you from me and my husband. You can feel the kindness. We dont live well and people aren't very polite about it you made it feel like that wasn't an issue and we where accepted right away. We appreciate you.
In the Pacific Islands, we boil the green bananas in their skin and then take the skin off after cooking. Although some islands peel the skin off prior to boiling. Nice watching you :)

What about Ethnic Farmer's Markets: Mexican, Korean, Chinese. *I end up buying regular Organic bananas on the day the supermarket gets their Produce in.* Call your local supermarket & ask for the Produce Manager to find out what day the truck comes in. They look green on the outside but are "turned" so you have to cook them right away or refrigerate and COOK THE NEXT DAY. Hope that helps.
Thanks so much for this tutorial i asked my mum recently and she never gave me info on selecting and cooking them properly so it dont turn black and all of that but now i know coz of you i can and will try again with confidence.
