In the West Coast the population of Filipinos is in Millions like California, Washington, Oregon and Hawaii we have the most Filipino Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Deli and more...We have Jollibee, Chow King, Bakery, Seafood City Grill and more stores I did not mention. The first Filipino immigrants came in to the U.S.A. for centuries..We are the first Asians that came to the U.S.A. next to our Chinese, Japanese brothers and Sisters.

Which explains why my brother and his friends had to drive all the way from Montreal Canada just to dine in a newly opened Jollibee store in New City.

luto na lang kayo ng gravy na jollibee inspired: 2 tablespoons Butter 1 gram Broth Cubes (beef flavor) 2 1⁄2 cups Water 1⁄4 cup Flour 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce 1⁄2 teaspoon Garlic Powder 1⁄4 teaspoon Pepper Powder Pinch of Salt (to taste) In a pan, melt butter over low heat. Add water, and beef broth cubes. Stir until the beef broth cube dissolves. Add garlic powder, and simmer over low heat for a few minutes. Add the flour mixture. (Sifted flour added with 1 cup of water mixed together.) Stir to incorporate, then add oyster sauce. Continue stirring. Add water if it gets too thick, then add pepper powder and a pinch of salt to taste. Stir until desired consistency is reached. Remove from heat and serve with your favorite fried dish, patties, and other delicious chicken/meats.
