It's when Thorfinn truly avenges Thors' death. Not by killing Askeladd or Floki, but by dismantling the organisation that caused Thors' death. And as a bonus, it leaves Floki a broken, empty shell of a man. He's lost his ambition that he's devoted his whole life to, and not even his grandson's happiness is enough for him

Thorfinn still got his revenge for thors death by not only taking leadership of the jorms but disbanding everything Floki worked for. In the end he’s a broken shell of what he once was. Better than killing him.

Although, another option which made more sense than killing Floki could have been a more intense fight, or in front of the other soldiers and Thorkinn humiliating Floki skill wise, as well as the Jormengunders (or whatever the name) knowing about Floki ordering Thor death and then like it happened the kid gets involved and Thorfinn changes he's mind. Don't forget Thorfinn was going to actually kill Floki and he changed he's mind because of the kid.

Thorfin tryna act as all white shade guy with saint like personality, this manga might end up beong repetitive n thorfinn might end up as a lame or execesively idealist character ... If theres not a major awakening that forces him to play gray. , Be the non voilent guy but also punish those who deserve that . Like canute does to some extent but better way
