While I'm considering focusing on a character like Akuma or Evil Ryu next time for practicality's sake, yesterday morning I spent the 240 tickets on Vergil. It felt good getting him S+ with that amount as I'm a fan of Devil May Cry especially Vergil so I knew it was time to go all in. I don’t like the developer's practice of how they handle collaboration characters with short limited releases to never return to bank off of FOMO, but I enjoy the game outside of the monetization. I understand it's not practical to summon for a collab unit as they're bait, more of a collection unit really but they got me good with flaunting one of my favorite Capcom characters I admit. I know my results were lucky in comparison to folks with more tickets spent for the unit with less copies, so I'm grateful as well. I'll just harvest all the tickets I can get from this event (35 currently) then aim for two more dupes(I say aim but really hope and pray for more power and motivation) to get SS at the very least to unlock his FS. Hey man if u are a fan and you wanted to get Vergil thats all good! If you can get him to ss even u got a powerhouse units. They do use collabs as whale bait but it doesn't mean u can't enjoy them

Yeah, screw it, I'm doing everything singles. When Sagat first came out, it stole from me 70 tickets & 50k gems for 1 copy, and that's just the beginning of my story🤦♂️😭😂😂

My fblanka seems to do more damage then him on bosses so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. It would be great to hear your thoughts on akuma once you've played around with him. Cause no matter how much you grind for them you won't get these powerhouse fighters. I'm okay with legendary fighters being purchasable only. Think about it, wales would spend to get them maxed whether it's time limited or not, Just to complete with each others . So why time capping collab units if there's going to be another power creep?

I am new to the Gotcha game, but I see the game as an RPG. It is designed for the grind, and you should feel happy when you make a considerable achievement. The pay-to-win route is there because those people have the resources with currency. I see this game as a retail store; you can walk in for free and pay for the product you like. In this scenario, you play for free and buy a product if it fits your needs. The only difference is that there is no return policy if you don't like what you buy. This game is like the real world; you spend money to save time because your time is valuable. The most valuable resource an individual can give is their time.
crazy how since akuma drop im still at S+ with all my tickets invested to all the collab units. im been getting 1 copy for every 110 tickets and its sad
I spent god knows how many tickets on akuma and e.ryu as f2p but only got 2 copies of each, and I spent some more tickets on dante just to get a single copy, but then everything changed this week when I saved up 100 tickets for vergil and managed to pull 7 copies. The luck has really turned around. Hopefully I can get at least one more copy to get him to SS.

For sss+5 but sss puts them in divination and u no longer need the limited summons
