Something that gets me everytime in your videos, Doodlebud, is how exciting you sound for a new fountain pen, you sound like you have JUST received it.. And then a minute later you say that you've had it for a few weeks already 😅 I'm being fooled everytime!

Another nice review of an interesting pen DB. I'm still enjoying my Atelier F2 (the cap comes off in 1 3/4 turns), and after more than a week it writes as if I just inked it up!! With the Namisu Nova & ensso Bolt coming, I'll be passing on this pen, but maybe sometime in the future there could be a purchase!

Hi DB! NEAT pen! Would be cool if you did anodize, then engraved with that raindrop Damascus pattern. Not quite as deep as what the factory one is. but deeper than on the knife blade. Very cool stuff!

Thanks for another great review. I just bought the laser engraved arrow model. I don’t mind that it takes so many turns to open the cap. When it’s in my pocket, I would prefer that it was secure rather than leaking in my pants.(also something you can only say on RUclips about fountain pens). Thanks for your recommendation.

that's kinda of a neat little pen, what type of nib does it use? pelikan royal blue is one of the two inks I actually own. My sister really likes it.

Could it be the case she went for single start thread so that the Damascus steel pattern always lined up? I say this as she would probably have laser engraved the pen as a single capped unit.

Yeah the single start ensures the patten lines up. A bit of a different thread profile can sill be single thread, seal very well, and be 1-2 rotations. I have a few pens that do it with 1 rotation
