I heard this song once when i was younger it haunted me for along time because i never new what the song was called I'm so glad iv found it again really awesome tune.
It's a remix of a cover. For those that want to experience the greatness of the original track, "Hymn" was released on Ultravox's 1982 album "Quartet". I highly, highly recommend it to anyone who is even remotely interested in melodic synthpop and new wave music. Rarely does pop reach these heights. Barely any resemblance of the original song is present here, so go listen to Ultravox!! Classic analog synthesizers are absolutely epic sounding....You will be hooked
ive yet been to a rave that they open with the hymn then use their own mixes, i think that would be awsome! to hear/see a dj open like that at a rave, this is like the ravers prayer!
It was never released any other places but on Clubland X-Treme Hardcore Vol. 1 and since then no one of the artists or labels has taken any effort in getting it digitally streamable/downloadeble. :(
umm i don't get how this is a "christian rave song"? it talks about "give me all the storybook told me..." basically running a parrallel to the bible being a child's storybook
Edward Kerney The bible was on the mind of the songwriters, you can't deny that. "Storybook" can be interpreted a few different ways, it's not necessarily referring to it as a "child's storybook". Even still, my first introduction to the bible was as a child
"Hmm, where to begin? Ahh yes -- the explicit comments I have seen on techno videos. Just because you think the anime girl's hot -- DOESN'T MEAN you can post really disgusting comments on MY videos, got it? Mhm, well, just follow the general rules of politeness, and you won't get reported nor have your comment removed. And if ANYONE is STILL disobeying me, then DON'T reply to them. They just want attention." You're not a moderator. And you're definitely in no moral position to make "rules" for your comment section...
