I wonder how this would work on discordia. I know she doesn't change stances but if built with mana and cdr her cooldowns are non existing so I could imagine you get to proc it more often but have it heal for less. Also ixchel I think could benefit really well too. Can't wait to give it a shot on them
The cooldown of the item is decreased when an enemy uses an ability so it doesn't matter how fast you can use them
Love all the new items being added they’re genuinely creative and geared towards actually having fun. Now if only they’d add back hybrid items 🤔🤔🤔

hitting them with an ability marks the enemy. The proc happens when a marked enemy casts an ability

What a garbage item design, no surprise this game is in state it is. Literally "don't play the game for 4 second because fuck you". Jesus, this game needs a MASSIVE rework or it will completely die instantly after Smite 2 releases.
