I've been commenting on a forum thread for almost a year now because my library just refuses to load no matter what I do. It's so infuriating that EA could manage to break a LAUNCHER and make no attempt to fix it. They don't even have proper customer support anymore, putting in help requests just sends you back to the forums, there's no one handling cases anymore.
I feel you. It's ridiculous that players can't even play the offline games they paid AAA prices for because EA has not been able to fix their faulty app for more than a year after dumping a fully functional app like Origin. And then hundreds of complaints are simply ignored. It's like buying a new car with a faulty key and the manufacturer is like: "Oh, the keys don't work? Maybe talk to some fellas whose keys are also broken!....or simply stop using the car!...not our problem, thanks for the money. Bye!"
