Hello, thanks for the comment. Section 409 is based around disclosure and are required to inform the public of any changes to their financial condition or operations. The business must also report any changes to regulators within 48 hours. Section 906 of the Act requires that a written statement is to be submitted by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the business. This statement will be submitted with a periodic report which is also required by the Act. This section is basically saying that the CEO/CFO are confirming everything is correct and if there are violations found, they are going to be penalized. Regarding software, unfortunately we don't have the experience in this bit. However, ensuring that documented records and auditing is kept it key. Hope this helps.
