I wish we had a Tim Horton’s here (Tampa Bay), but I make due with Timmie’s Dark Roast from Sam’s Club. I did go to Timmie’s several times during my Canadian vacation a few years back. So good!

Loved your visit to Houston (Katy) Texas. Especially the Ben Hogan finds. The Tim Horton meal was the topper but the boots were the best!!!
Fun to watch that these Hogans make you so happy. In the late eighties I went with my dad to the range for the first time, got a lesson from the pro, loved it. I bought his Hogan Apex clubs, Played 6 years or so with these blades, stopped playing. Picked it up again last year, had problems hitting them so I bought a set of Titleist T200, I5 to PW. Put the Hogans I3 and I4 also in the bag (usually it is the other way around :)). Now one year later I find myself considering moving back to the Hogans :)
I have truly enjoyed following the Jon and Ash road trip. Looks as though you two had as usual a tremendous time. I never tire of watching you both. Continue on with this superb roadie.

Thanks for the content! I just found my first grail. Its an older bronze colored ray cook blue goose 2 milled putter at a good will. It looks like it was designed by scotty cameron from what I can tell. It has the original shaft, grip, and head cover.

LOL... I hope you checked for the missing wedge again..... great find though.. I'm a little north of you in oklahoma and have collected about 32 sets of hogan irons, at least 15 different styles (and some dupes in radials, magnums, and directors, both styles). Have gamed the radials, Grinds, 88 redlines, ft. worth redlines, apex II, apex plus, 73 apex, 72 apex... the apex II and the ft. worth redlines were my faves...

Thought of you all on my own goodwill adventure the other day. Found a pretty much pristine Cleveland 588 gap wedge and a lightly loved TaylorMade mid Rescue. Best finds I've had in a long time. Great stuff as always.

Golf got cancelled today due to waterlogged course! Bloody Uk! So ended up sanding down woodwork and doors in kitchen, needed a bit of stacked to soothe those aching arms.

I was just at that GW. Didn’t find any clubs but found some nice whiskey and cocktail glasses. There’s an In-and-Out across the freeway-that’s where I meet a guy who sells me golf stuff. Pretty good haul this week. Also found a #1 of 18 Piretti putter in a complete set on Facebook.

I learned to play golf on a set of 1979 Hogan Apex II. Played them from 1985 to 1999. Had three sets. When I wore the grooves out of a set I would send them off to be rechecked and regrooved.

Thanx for the great channel, i live in south africa and we dont really have shops like you in our area, and our second hand prices are a bit more expensive in comparrison to your second hand prices so i really envy you for finding such great deals, i was lucky to find a taylormade sldr 460cc driver with a kuro kage 60g shaft for a R1000, roughly $52 american that is considered a bargain in south african value

Great seeing y’all find amazing things in the great state of Texas. I recently just picked up two Edel SMS wedges 56° & 60° both D grinds and both with Paderson Kinetixx shafts for 34 a piece at PGA Superstore in Austin, Tx.

The Redlines are from 1988. Great find with the 1 and 2 iron. The Cameo Apex II from '78 through '81.

I found a set of Hogans in a Good Will as well! Missing an 8 iron but for $2 per club I had clubs that I used for 10 years or so.

Ben Higan apex II's! I found those 12 years ago. They are the ONLY irons I still have! Best irons I have ever hit! Love the apex II's. Too bad I am a lefty lol. I ahve them mixed with the bounce sole irons, imagine that! Lol
