Thanks for sharing, always enjoy seeing the camp gear you have . The shower kit was brilliant . Very wise of you to turn around on that sketchy trail . Here in the States we get hung up on the largest tires and the tallest lifts we can install on our truck ,good to see a reasonable rig like yours that can go most places.
Awesome video and footage. That track got really dodgy, defiantly a good move avoiding that. Love the shower, I'm trying to build something similar and was good to see the kit in action. Thanks again, looking forward to part two.
Cheers Mike! Having a shower on board is definitely a bonus. Before I bought the shower curtain I made one from tarpaulin and attached it to a collapsable hula hoop, it took a bit of extra time to set up but it was pretty good actually. You could probably go all out though and make something like this 👍. quickpitch.com.au/our-brands/quick-pitch/quick-en-suite/
As always great vid. Best adventure I have ever done has to be the Pyrenees. Love it when u swore, When I watch the vids I recorded, I swore like a right troouper :) look forward to the next.
Hi, i must admit i like your videos more and more. They get a lot better. You seem more at ease now. Really looks like a nice trip the both of you did. I am actually planning to do an overlanding trip in the same region in about 2-3 weeks. Will be my first time there. To test out my route planning skills, the rig setup,... any tips?? I really like your gear choice. Planning to buy a kellykettle, what size is that? Happy with the size. And just bought exactly the same stove 😏. I love your videos and reviews. Keep up the work!
hans kennes Thanks! The kettle is a Ghillie Kettle Adventurer, I think it’s about 1.5 litres, I find it’s a good size. Although if anyone made a 2 litre version I’d buy it! As far as tips go, my only advice is to avoid wild camping near fields where farmers might need access etc. other than that you can’t go wrong 👍. Have a safe trip.
Now that's a treat, finding a new video from you guys. As always, very beautifully captured. And once again, I'm sure, you were glad for a low gearbox😅 The Bottleopener😁 (am I the only one that noticed this absolutly- essential-for-survival-thingy??), I must find a way to fit one on my roofrack too😎😎 Looking forward to episode 2. Cheers from Switzerland 🤙
Europe Overland and Outdoors I’d love to mate but don’t think I’d trust my van to go that far haha I’m looking at building a Bedford mj overlander start of next year just got my practical test left to do then I can buy it 😄
Your video making skills are getting really good in my opinion. Definitely "feel good" viewing. If I ever win the lottery I will send you travelling all you like😉!
Great to see you back and out on anther adventure. Them Kelly kettles are brilliant, you're getting plenty of use from yours. I'm sure you've said in another video who make your 270 awning, but can you remind me and would you recommend it? Thanks
Hi Mark, yeah the kettle has had some use! The awning is a Foxwing, I think it's great and I'd definitely recommend it. The quality of the material and it's overall build is good, it's easy to set up and if you add the tapered side panels you end up with a huge protected space. You can also attach an Oztent to the awning so it's a pretty versatile bit of kit 👍.
@@Adventure-Outdoors - Ah, brilliant. I see so many cheaper copies with thin canvas and the projection isn't that much. I have the rv3 and my next purchase will be a bigger awning to replace our borrowed 2.4m side awning. Looking at your map in the film you went quite deep into Catalonia - and the scenery looks awesome as where we went last year (partly inspired by yourselves) through the Pyrenees. Looking forward to part 2
Beautiful countryside and so quiet. I'm just getting my Jeep kitted out for a trip through the Alps. I've fitted one of their racks and a lot of their accessories, how have you found the quality?
I've found the quality to be good, I'v just re-sprayed the roof rack though as it was showing some minor signs of age, but here in the UK it has to endure pretty poor weather. Other than that I can't complain.
Cheers Stephen! I've just had a look at them, looks like a good bit of kit. I considered buying the Kampa Geyser hot water system a year or two ago, could be useful for cold weather trips.
Cheers Zak! Hope you had a good trip? You always have to be extra careful when travelling on your own I reckon, I'd hate to have to walk miles to get help.
Great footage yet again. Thanks for sharing, can’t wait for part 2.
Cheers Shep!! 👍
Hello Great Video, nice Landscape und Nature .I Hope Part 2 cooking soon .best regards Enno
Cheers Enno! 👍

Cheers John! Yeah it's a long walk in this part of the world if you get stuck, much easier to stay on the safe side and admit defeat 👍.
Can’t wait for Part 2, great pickup setup , great video!!!!
Cheers Sebski! 👍
Cool adventure and great shots! I might have seen a beer can, but no beer review 😂😂😜🍺
Cheers Mattias! I did film the odd beer review but I was already pissed so they never made the cut! 🤣👍

Sounds like a plan cheers mate 👍
Time to give the Hilux a lift kit👌
The thought has crossed my mind 👍
Europe Overland and Outdoors

Yup deffinatly makes a difference check out the couple of clips of my Hilux on my channel
Steven Q What kit did you install? Two front blocks and different shackles in the back, or new suspension alltogether?

Cheers! Yeah the bottle opener is an essential bit of kit 🤣👍
Mate that place looks
Amazing !
Yeah it's great Luke, you should get down there with your camper one day, there are plenty of easy gravel tracks to explore 👍.

Great video. Two questions please. Whats the make of your awning and rooftent? Waiting patiently for part 2! 👍
Cheers Graham! It's a Foxwing awning and the tent is an Autohome Maggiolina Grand Tour, medium size I think?
