Susan Flannery has such an incredible range of expression, it's unbelievable. I have never seen so many different expressions in any other B&B performer. Here she shows her mischievous and funny nature again. I love it

They must have gotten the original actress for Beth in this scene to do the re-voice of the scene where Stephanie and Brooke first meet. I don't think the actress who played Beth in 2008 was on set yet to do it.
They showed that flashback scene in 2001 (after Thorne and Brooke split up) and the voices sounded re-recorded there too so they probably just used that again in this episode.
