Norma Jean was Marilyn Monroe's real name (Marilyn Monroe being the Stage Name). "Good-bye, Norma Jean" was a huge hit back in the day by Elton John... the actual Title was 'A Candle in the Wind', but it became pretty well known by the intro line. It celebrated the life, and mourned the young death, of an American Icon, Movie Star and Sex Symbol. It also took a shot at Media... so in a small way Elton compares Monroe to Princess Diana where the death was surrounded and hounded by Media in an often distasteful way. The line "Even when you died, the press still hounded you. All the papers had to say was Marilyn was found in the nude." And oh, would you look... in America we're at an all-time high for Distrust with the Media. So in an off-beat way, Em just tied in Elton John (paying homage to a Legend) and Princess Diana all to take a swipe at Modern Media in America. Now, to be fair, this could all be coincidence. But if fits pretty snugly.
Great reaction as always. The whole Tiger, Mic/Mike swipe with the paw bar is also a double for Tyson who owned a Tiger and both would take your jaw off. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Brooooo, I just noticed something: Em is referring to MGK as a "Gnat" in this song. At the beginning, he is "cooking" a container with "Gnat" written on it. Throughout the video, he is "eating it for lunch"......shit. Wow.
I am pretty confident in my other break downs... but let me give one more that is a reach. So I stated he paid homage to Elton John, nicely tucked into his Norma Jean reference... which expands that bar to be a slight towards the media. Elton John was a musical star. At the end, he bites the head off a bat. A fan had thrown a real bat on stage at a concert... and Ozzy Osborne thought it was a fake bat so he bit the head off of it live on stage mid-concert. This is one of those iconic Rock moments that has grown to Myth and Legend... and Em ends his video with this scene. Edit: Okay, so what he ACTUALLY ends the video with is two white doors. The Doors. Without even saying a line, he gets a 3rd reference of Rock into the song. The Doors were known for vivid lyrics... Em is known as a master of lyrics. It's POSSIBLE that Em referenced Elton John in lyric through referencing "Goodbye, Norma Jean" (Candle in the Wind)... and VISUALLY gave a shout to both Ozzy Osborne and Jimmy Morrison. Now... what do all three of these men have in common? A bit of Counter Culture... for Elton his 'counter-culture' was more just being a gay man than his actual work, and Ozzy was targeted during the 'Satanic Panic' of the 80's, and Jimmy was a 60's Rock Star of Free Love and Drugs. Sounds a bit like Em. Which is to say, Em has gone beyond bars now. Without saying a word, his videos are adding more meaning and layers to his work.
I’ve learned throughout the years that…there’s hardly a reach when it comes to Em. For all we know, you are exactly right or very wrong, but it makes sense. It’s part of what makes Em great.
Ngl, when i subbed a while back, it was mostly in a spirit of defiance. i was floored at all the armchair experts in the comments giving y'all constant crap with their overdeveloped senses of their own importance and huge entitlement problems. Also, Music To Be Murdered By Side A is bleeding on the wall when he's looking out the window after the Mike Vick bar Also, also, when he's walking away from that same window, the light coming in through the blinds makes it actually look like he has tiger stripes Also also also, the girl in the hall at the end of verse one is doing his laundry in the second verse and the guy she WAS with is who comes later on to put one in his head Cole Bennett is an amazing director. So many visual bars in this
22:48 sodium is a salt (table salt - Sodium Chloride), but it's also given the "symbol" of 'NA' on the periodic table of elements. And so he gives Sodium (NA) to your GOAT (makes MGK salty) which makes him a gNAt.
I've never seen guy have to type in all caps and insult another man just so he can compliment that other man's girl. The jealousy and desperation just drips off your comment. One day you'll get laid my guy. You'll probably have to pay for it, but if your personality matches your comment she'll be the one who will really pay.

Oooooooooh you got my like right off the bat 😂
Love the fact it’s constantly a statement of “he’s buggin” and he hasn’t even stated the 2 beat and flow switches yet. Sheesh he’s too fucking nasty 🤮🔥🔥🔥
When Eminem make you think of which animal licks salt goat's or horse's 😂😂😂😂
He's adapted to the time...
"I'm not a Rapper I'm an adapter, I can adjust"
GOAT with a little bit of Sodium.
GOAT+sodium(NA)= GNAT
Wrong song to react to when ur fried lmao love the reaction 🔥🔥
Stripes like a tiger, Mike in the palms. I believe that’s also a Mike Tyson reference be a he used to knock people out in the Palms for his fights and he owned a tiger lmao
Damn that goat and sodium bar is crazy
How did he even think that also whole song is double
He is the best
Brooooo, I just noticed something:
Em is referring to MGK as a "Gnat" in this song. At the beginning, he is "cooking" a container with "Gnat" written on it. Throughout the video, he is "eating it for lunch"......shit. Wow.
Your reactions to eminem give me chills. I love when reactors appreciate eminems skill 🔥
Y'all rewarded my confidence tenfold with this breakdown. Best GNAT reaction I've seen yet.
That Tiger scheme is a Mike Tyson scheme too.
The amount of times he changed his flow and cadence is WILD, to say he isn’t the literal goat is foolish
You Jus Earned A Sub Keep Up The Good Work My Brother 🙏🏼💯
That Madhouse tune is phenomenal.
I could laaaugh loud,life's a maaaadhouse
" nothing you say could ever trump my pencil get killed"
" violence but with skill, that's why I whence when I hence when I write the pic and the pens will get killed. " he flipped it from his pencil being trumped to his mic and pens getting killed
How do you perfectly pause it right as the beat is about to switch and drop that drove me nuts waiting for the reaction lol
When he says he has stripes like a tiger, the light coming through the blinds are giving him the visual effect of having stripes
Commode is also a french for dresser/drawer, hence Em next says "you're not even close (clothes).
Do leaving heaven. He has a run at the end of the 2nd verse that may be his. Best run ever
I never really pay attention to details as much , but i just noticed that Em is writing with a knife in his hand at the table
Also, Music To Be Murdered By Side A is bleeding on the wall when he's looking out the window after the Mike Vick bar
Also, also, when he's walking away from that same window, the light coming in through the blinds makes it actually look like he has tiger stripes
Also also also, the girl in the hall at the end of verse one is doing his laundry in the second verse and the guy she WAS with is who comes later on to put one in his head
Cole Bennett is an amazing director. So many visual bars in this
@@KobraDaWolfyup Cole Bennett is a beast in doin visuals to match the lyrics of a song
Eminem is no joke a THE master of words
22:48 sodium is a salt (table salt - Sodium Chloride), but it's also given the "symbol" of 'NA' on the periodic table of elements. And so he gives Sodium (NA) to your GOAT (makes MGK salty) which makes him a gNAt.
well finally
Fun Fun Fun
BIG SEAN & EMINEM - No Favors is 💥💥💥💥
YOUR GIRL TOTALLY GETS AND CATCHES THE BARS IMMEDIATELY. I'VE NEVER SEEN A GUY THAT RHYMES AND LYRICS HAVE TO BE SPOON FED TOO.
Never claimed to be perfect...
My name is Flawd.
I've never seen guy have to type in all caps and insult another man just so he can compliment that other man's girl. The jealousy and desperation just drips off your comment. One day you'll get laid my guy. You'll probably have to pay for it, but if your personality matches your comment she'll be the one who will really pay.
Ya'll need to just acknowledge that he is the GOAT. Nobody can stand with Em.
Eminem-Right for Me lyric Video. Come on yall.
