I had not heard the clap reference before and am so glad that I did! Miyazaki has and will forever be my most respected director of animation. I would like to also add that it could be seen as existing in a finite space which is infinitely divisible. It would tie in really well with the references to time distortion throughout the album. The track name, “fractions of infinity” is nicely represented by hands clapping, gone in an instant but when the movement of time is altered can take an infinite amount of time. Truly one of the better lines in the album that I think gets overlooked.
I think as great as it is initially already, it's only going to get much better on subsequent listens where you pick up details from the story you didn't pick up on initially and grow to like the sonic direction even more
Really nice review, you have some great insights and descriptions that i didn't even notice or consider when i listened to the album! Also, you have a really good voice, i feel like you could do voiceovers or audiobooks or something
I’ve been looking for reactions to this album, yours is the best one I’ve seen yet. I love how you break down each song, their instrumentals, meanings, writing ect. Fantastic work!
You and me had the same reaction, I feel like any swans member doesn’t just feature for a paycheck. I feel like they need to be passionate to make music. Was so surprised to see Thor Harris
@@luggareviews probably had an effect on the whole sound of the track, but I could tell he did the drums on the track too. You’ll know his drums when you hear the Swans trilogy.
I really love how u mostly wait till the end for your feedback, really enjoyed it man really direct and clear with what u think aswell. Subbed ;)

I thought about that too, very surprising, still wondering what he did on that track though… :D

1:09:30 unfortunately he’s the guy narrating 🤣 i dont think he added anything else instrumentally wise
im pretty sure thats just quadeca narrating, thor harris did the drums i am very sure, he is in fact a drummer
