It's a version of Aslam...but this one is less spicy because of cream....Aslam don't use cream,just chaat masala,salt and liquid butter....

In order to get 70 lacs of revenue per month, youd need (70/30)=2.3 lacs of revenue per day. In order to get 2.3 lacs of revenune per day, let's assume an avg order size of BDT 450. Then you would need BDT(230,000/450)=511 customers per day. Assuming 20% of orders are takeaway, then you would still need to feed 408 customers per day on premises. The restaurant is only open 6 hours a day (5pm to 11pm). That means 408/6=68 customers per hr. Assuming each customer spends approximately 20 mins on the table, you start to see that this 70 lac unicorn story is pretty difficult to digest. But good luck to the young guy, i want him to succeed in life.
