It is becoming increasingly accepted to have foreign managers in charge of national teams (Bielsa, Martinez, Poch) and has been for many years in countries with less developed structures for developing managers. Unfortunately, England is lagging behind many other countries when in comes to manager development from grass roots through to professional levels.

England aint winning nothing even with Tuchel, they are way behind other top nations in terms of quality, even by mistake if they win something it will be like an insult to the game like that time when Greece won the Euros ! Really stupid comments. England have Saka, Palmer and Bellingham. Few other terms have three mids that good. And they’re all very young.
