Fruity Knitting podcast did a nice segment on Laxtons - Worsted & Fancy yarns - Ep. 133 so interested in the sport weight yarn. Fun episode, have a good vacation. Thanks.
Thank you / Merci. Great podcast, iced coffees are yummy. I just stick my coffee in the fridge after I have added the creamer & voilà iced coffee. Cold brew coffee is quite good too so I guess am just a fan of cold coffee. Your new yarn in the colours you shared look gorgeous. Bonne vacances!
Those baby socks are stinkin'cute!!! Don't worry about spending time at the cabin, everyone needs time away! Loved the "flamingo"!! And I'm not even a fan of pink!! (But I am a fan of P!nk 😉). Now I just need to figure what to make....not a sock person...I rarely even wear them.... especially in central California summers...I'm tired of 105-110°F heat!😂
Thanks for this episode. I love your new British sport yarn, great colors ! My favorite pattern for baby's socks is Perfect Newborn Socks by Tabitha Gandee, it is a free pattern on Ravelry, it isdesigned cuff-down, but easily adaptable for toe-up socks, I knit them toe-up two at a time.
Very excited about your new yarn. I’ve picked a pattern and have narrowed the color I want to use down to 4! 😂. Way, way too hot and humid to knit outside in NYC. I’ve tried but the closest to outside I get is walking to a coffee shop and knitting inside in the AC. Enjoy the remainder of your vacation.
Another great video! So much fun to have coffee and sit and knit and listen !! Can not WAIT for the reindeer sweater ! All your works and yarns are beautiful, thanks for sharing, enjoy your lake cabin !!
I'm in the NE area of Ohio... I'm on Eastern time, but am considered the Midwest... Literally south of Toronto... Being from California, being this far east and still being considered "midwest" is wild to me
I personally don't like iced coffee (hot all the way!) but Pampered Chef makes a diffuser that you can use overnight in the fridge to make a cold brew. :)
Hi Max and Vincent. I so much enjoy your podcasts. Max, i love your designs, however i am so intimidated by 3-color colorwork. Do you have a video that you recommend to watch, or would you ever consider doing a video on this technique? Thank you! 🤗🧶
I thought I’d look up what “Midwest” means. (BTW, I don’t think we use it for any region of Canada. Personally, I tend to call Québec and Ontario “central Canada.) Briefly, it seems to have been invented to describe the area of the U.S. that can’t really be considered The South, the West, Northern states, nor eastern seaboard. It’s mostly the non-southern states that straddle the Mississippi River. (But I think Ohio and Michigan are also considered midwestern states.) Interesting. Remember the Bob Dylan song With God On Our Side…”the country I come from is called the Midwest”? Dylan is from Minnesota. Thanks for making me learn something!
My family got me the Pride pin for my birthday this year and I love it! I cannot get enough of Max's illustrations! 🥰
Fun episode! What an adorable baby socks Vincent! Looking forward to see your hacked Tessellated cardigan Max. Enjoy the cabin life in the woods! 😊💕

I am with Max--I do not think of Ontario as the Midwest of Canada 🙂

Cowl is trapezoid shaped.
Not parallelogram, it is a trapezoid. Nevertheless, gorgeous
