- Delicious Chocolate Cream Eclair Recipe
*material
75g cake flour
57 g butter
63 g of water
63 g milk
10 g sugar
1 g salt
2 room temperature eggs (110 g)
130g condensed milk
26g cocoa powder
10 g corn starch
180 g warm milk
13 g butter
90g whipped cream
Appropriate amount of melted dark chocolate
*Oven temperature (based on the oven I use: Wiswell)
190 degrees 20 minutes preheat
185 degrees 17 minutes, 170 degrees 23 minutes (total bake 40 minutes)
(The temperature of each oven is different, so adjust the temperature of the oven you are using.)
