Wow! What a weak band. 3 guitars and a bass and they sound like half a guitar with no bass. The harmonies are boring as hell with absolutely no contrast between all those voices and the drummer? Who the hell knows why she's even needed. It's a fairly good song with some potential but, between the flat sounding guitar (I mean guitars) and the sleep inducing harmonies, it sounds so lackluster and boring I don't understand why they even bothered to record it. It just continues to amaze me how music standards continue to plummet, musicianship is almost nonexistent and young people think they're listening to something good.
Granted this isn't her best song and the band didn't perform it so well live (though I still love it). Listen to Marika's songs Hand Solo acoustic version and Ophelia for lush harmonies, good build up, nice melodies and other intricate bits going on.
