Im sitting here trying not to cry. My daughter introduced me to P!nk when she was in middle school. Since then we shared a love of her music. Im tearing up because she was murdered 1 year ago and I know she would love this. We both would be saying "no way!" when Cher made her appearance. Keep up the amazing work!

Been listening to P!nk since the 6th grade, I’m 35 now. Her music has been there when I went through the toughest moments in my life, during my messed up childhood, when my marriage went through some rough times, my post partum depression and then losing my uncle to cancer last December, who was like a grandfather to my babies and so much more. I love that she is teaching her kids to be themselves and be proud. Her music always evolves but she is amazing at every step
This song it expresses more than anything anyone actually thinks.
It expresses love through heartache, pain through the eyes of a survivor, love through her journey in life rising from a broken home and piecing back together the life she left behind but never forgot.
However I also loved how she incorporated her family in the video in full minus her father.
Cher is her godmother.
Her husband and children.
Her mother and a child who looked as much like her at that age when the world blew up.

I absolutely love this song. Not just for how beautiful, heartfelt and original it is, but also because it's pretty much the protagonist of the novel I want to write in nutshell. I can totally see him singing this, the lyrics fit him and his story so well that it's hard to believe I didn't create him based on them (or that you didn't write the song from his POV on life, although the song was already out more than a year before I even thought of him). This piece of art describes his strength he needed to live to tell the story of each and every one of his scars, both on his soul and his body. He is a survivor. A warrior. A hero. And your song inspires me to tell his story in my book (series).
