Was in front in the pit and unfortunately those were $40-50 tickets then and now they're almost $400 for the same experience. Unfortunately there's 8 people coming with me this time and just couldn't make it work for all of us

I love that electronic artists are starting to use real instruments in their sets now (besides pianos). Like how illenium likes to highlight the guitar. It’s awesome
The two trumpets blaring at the beginning are easily one of the most beautiful sounds I’ve ever heard. I get goosebumps every time I listen but I 100000% guarantee I would’ve been crying if I heard it in person.
Adding live brass to their shows is easily one of the most brilliant moves Odesza has made. It makes their shows just.... god the goosebumps when you hear the live brass is so intense. I hope they never get rid of it

The title was wrong. Maybe it was the greatest opening the person taking the video has ever seen? I just saw a guy playing 3 notes on a trumpet that any 5th grader could do... and some high school kids doing some drumming? It was an underwhelming spectacle. They just should have skipped that nonsense and got on with the show.

Austin Lee one of the best experiences of my life so far. Truly magical. I could have been sober and it would’ve been magical. It felt as if the music was like a ray of energy uplifting my soul and the lights and fireworks were just absolutely insane. I will see them again someday. Go check out some bonnaroo odesza videos and you’ll see what I’m talking about. I was also very close to the front and I’m 6’4 so I had a great view of everything. Danced my ass off.
I attended their concert in Pittsburgh last May and it was an experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. The open air, dancing in the rain with a couple thousand other people, surrounded by mountains on all sides.
nope! unfortunately during covid they fell off almost completely and started playing basic house music, its pretty tragic. this type of future bass vibe from them was easily their magnum opus, and they went ahead and fucked it up entirely.

Odesza is the only artist who can make an album feel so emotional I have to fight off tears. As someone with OCD I avoid concerts at all costs, but Odesza creates such powerful art I will happily trek myself to one in the near future.
