I purchased a 2015 f150 that has a ton of mods (bumpers headlights lift kit etc) and was wondering how I can tell what lift kit / height it is. I think it’s between 2.5 to 4 inches. Is there somewhere on the suspension lift itself I can tell?
There are handful of ways you could figure it out. Look at the front crossmembers for the lower control arms. Measure the distance from a lower control arm bolt to the factory control arm mounting hole above it. If your kit uses blocks in the rear instead of leaf springs, measure the size of the block. The rear of most kits will be 2-3 inches less lift than the front. If it's a 4" block (or 3" with an add a leaf) and sits level, you should have a 6" kit. Another option, wihout getting under the truck, you could measure the center of the front wheel up to the fender. Compare that measurement to a factory truck or if you can find that measurement online. If ya need more help, email us at info@customoffsets.com 🤟
