You are right about 12 spot being very difficult. Just did a start-up draft that was split in 2. First draft was veterans only. Second draft was rookies only, in reverse order of the first draft. I highly recommend this format.
@shrimpyy8468 time will tell, but it seems like this format change made all 12 draft positions relative equal. No more huge advantage for getting an early position in the start-up draft.

the trade is so garbage. you are in no shape to be contender with this team. your rb2 is a backup, your WR3 and flex players are all unproven rookies or heavily underperforming players that are just being hyped up. Instead of gunning for players like Hall or Chase, you should have diversified with AR or/and Murray, get as many picks as possible for 2024 and 2025 and forget the league because you are not contending. Letting go of Pitt just before he gets a competent QB in Cousins is also dumb. there was no need to invest high for Bowers. Could have traded back and taken Ladd and a high 2nd for Benson/Brooks. The only thing you had right was the QB room, Herbert, Caleb, Murray, AR. Thats not hoarding. Thats decent top depth to build around.

That’s the appeal to the third round reversal. And reverse order of vet draft, for rookie draft, is a terrible idea.
