Seems accurate to me. Decorating and trick or treating are the two big things for Halloween. Some people throw Halloween themed parties with activities ranging from watching horror movies to telling ghost stories. And getting drunk of course because I live in a country (America) where people will take any excuse to get drunk at parties. So yeah. Accurate.
