It’s her word against the accusers. People are kept in the dark. Why can’t there be an audit for clarification purposes? Also there are inconsistencies in her story. She said her friend created Qoki and invited her. False. She is the one who created Qoki, there is a reason why she distances herself from the creation of this entity, company or co-operative, whatever you call it.

An audit will clear all this up. Usually no smoke without fire!

@@yvette6703 exactly. According to some estimates, almost US$25 million has gone into this project, lately two founding directors have resigned. The problem with Zimbabweans is that we have suffered for too long to the point that we want to get rich at whatever cost and have let our guard down. Having lived in the West for more than 2 decades, I know the anatomy of scams, fraud, Ponzi schemes and embezzlement. Some people are too fast to throw their hat in the name of supporting women without doing their due diligence. I can tell you that this Tshuma lady has probably siphoned some of the money to an untraceable offshore account in places like Panama, Cayman Islands. My suspicion is that this woman has committed the perfect crime. In places like America or Canada, if you want to commit a perfect crime like murder, don’t kill the person within those borders. Take them to a third world country where they don’t even employ deep forensic analysis, murder that person and clean up the crime scene and then fly back to your respective country. Authorities will do a thorough questioning and would quickly come to the conclusion that you committed the perfect crime but they don’t have evidence to nail you for life and you could even collect on the life insurance of that person. They would even send their team to that crime scene but there would be nothing to go on. There are ways to commit a perfect crime. Then there are douchebags who still commit murder in America/Canada and DNA, cellphone towers, motive, nails them. Some people are mentally slow. That money can never be retrieved even if you involve the authorities. In the UK if found guilty, she would probably receive a slap on her wrist. Not in America or Canada, they nail people like her.

      A whole list of inconsistencies.
She said Qoki is the developer but if you go to her RUclips channel on the road constructions, there is a different developer listed and Qoki is listed as a partner 🤔🤔🤔
She said some ladies have withdrawn and no longer paying but from the same project others are now being interviewed for title deeds by Zimra; so how is that land going to be paid off ? Where will the funds come from?
Then she initially said people where told this was a long process but 15 minutes later said she didn’t realise how long the process was .
Additional they have a 6 million dollar portfolio but don’t have enough to pay the “team on the ground “
Ladies and gentlemen introducing A PONZI SCHEME 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🥴🥴🥴

No one should hire a lawyer, they cost too much money. SOLUTION: Submit to an audit. Simple.

These are prayers that would not be answered, I can assure you that. This whole scheme has the hallmarks of a scam/fraud. Can anyone produce authentic receipts on the money tendered? I don’t think so. Can anyone produce a memo on how money would be spent? I don’t think so. Can anyone produce bankable projects in tandem with the money spent? I don’t think so…if you don’t wake up, some people will live off of you.

It’s either this woman as a director or front for Qoki undertook on a task too huge and fraught with complications without knowing it or this is a Ponzi scheme. My question is why would anyone buy land as a group. You can do this on your own.

"My question is why would anyone buy land as a group. You can do this on your own."
Good question. As human beings, we like outsourcing the hard work to others, especially if we think "there is safety in numbers". If these women in UK had clubbed together to buy properties in the UK, they would have been better off. There would have been more transparency and legal accountability, and more meaningful profits that they could have used to buy their own individual Zim properties eventually.

Exactly. She’s lucky that she lives in a country like England where people can scheme and get away commercial crimes. Bring her over to America or Canada, the Feds would be onto her “business” like flies on poop. The fact that she won’t submit to a public audit is a tell tale sign for me. People on here are falling over each other congratulating her. They don’t even understand the anatomy of a scam. Some people are mentally slow. It’s our job to look out for others.
