Hi Claudia, I’ve always been the skinny, boney chick (from years of cross country) and I never thought I could build muscle. In college, I’ve had so many people comment on how skinny I am and how I needed to eat and go to the gym because “i looked like I need it”. I got self-conscious about being skinny and weak. So I watched few of your videos, began listening to your podcasts, and seeing your transformation story, and I hit the machines at the gym. I didn’t really see any progress until one of my friends on facetime pointed out my arm muscle. Let me say, THAT has NEVER happened before. I felt so accomplished. My next challenge is seeing if my butt can actually grow. I’m currently in between semesters but am I signing up for a gym membership to keep making progress. I just wanted to say you’re reallyy inspiring and I love your attitude towards everything. You and Devorah have had such a positive impact on my perspective towards my body. Thank you❤️

The cat is so cute I can’t with how beautiful he/she is. I had a cat couple months ago that was my best friend unfortunately he passed but he was one of a kind and will always be in my heart ❤️ but been looking for new cat so hopefully I will have a new critter in the house soon.
