英語表記だが生粋の日本人。
長く過ごした名古屋を離れ、
現在は東京都在住。
楽曲のほとんどが悪夢的で報われない主人公の作品である。
それはMarrou Yourgrau自身の悲観主義と不安神経症気質から来ている。
2024年12月4日『ドグラ·モグラ』『悲しいベンチと夜の貴公子』のMV発表に伴い、正式に活動開始。
1st Album『ピルグリム童話(Pilgrim Fairy Tales.)』は、黒い鳥に支配された世界で主人公モグラ君が躍動し苦悩する重々しい9曲で形成されている。
