So many fond memories of watching this show with my grandfather every Saturday. He was the biggest fan of candlepin bowling you could ever meet. Gary was my favorite bowler, I used to get so stoked when he would be on! Tom was great too.

At 20:38, Don Gills mentioned that Prince Edward Island and Quebec has Candlepin Bowling.
Unfortunately, Prince Edward Island doesn't have Candlepin Bowling anymore as they put more focus on 5 Pin and 10 Pin Bowling.
Newfoundland and Labrador has 5 Pin and 10 Pin Bowling, but no Candlepin.
Is the same with Quebec as they focus on 5 Pin Bowling, 10 Pin Bowling, and even their own version of Duck Pin Bowling.
Nova Scotia and New Brunswick still has Candlepin Bowling.

Peter Flynn wasn't in the same class as Tom Olszta or Gary Carrington. If we look at averages on the show, the top bowlers were Tom Olszta, Jim Putney, Jeff Atkins, Gary Carrington, and Dick O'Connell.
