crying over how jiu has constantly been praising dong since the beginning for improving her korean and worrying about her adapting to a new country all by herself😭
Yeah. Gahyeon worries a little bit but is always glad to have Dongie around, they are roomies at the dorm so Gahyeon was lonely while Dongie was gone. Siyeon got some muscle but Dongie is still stronger and I bet they bond over being able to break stuff (Siyeon's watermelon opening skill is fun to see). Yoohyeon was a HUGE help to the whole situation because she purposely started to learn Mandarin, just to help Dongie be more comfortable (but Yoohyeon is THE LINGUIST in the group so it should not be such a surprise that was her way of helping). EVERYBODY missed Handong when she got stuck in China, or missed her even before she left, not even knowing that she would get stuck. But the chemistry videos with her in them will always be extra special. I really don't know much else to say between the other members and Dongie, besides that everybody missed her. She kind of calms things, especially SuA. Dongie is pretty much the only member that SuA does not berate when they mess up (even JiU can get a tongue-lashing from SuA sometimes). I have not really seen many interactions with Dami and Handong.
@@jamescurfman3284 Yoohyeon did not start learning Mandarin because of Dongie. idk why people think that is the case when she could already speak basic Mandarin during Minx and Dongie has said they bonded more easily because Yooh could speak Mandarin. Also, Dadong are very close and Dami speaks the most Mandarin after Yooh. There is a Dami and Handong chemistry video you might want to check out.
@@DreamWishx I know I had seen the Dami and Dongie video, it's just been a while (and my memory is crap). But otherwise, we rarely see Dongie/ Dami interactions in other videos, whether this channel or not. insomnicsy is an expert at finding this stuff, thankfully. Dami is 'the quiet one' along with being 'the brain' and Dongie is not far behind for being quiet. It seems like both of them could just chill near each other with no issue but I don't really see that as interacting very much. I did not realize that Yoohyeon started learning Mandarin before she ever knew about Dongie, though. That does make a small difference but she also doubled down on her studies (took it more seriously) specifically to help Dongie integrate better or easier. Yoohyeon was also the best English speaker of the group before she even graduated High School. And then she got into Spanish and Portuguese and I can't even remember what all else...like, WOW, I WISH I was that good at picking up languages!

It would be nice if there is also sporty Jiu&Dong when they do Ssireum wrestling as well -> just an idea, not forcing it. Jiu take care Dongie well & dongie try to have fun as much as she can with jiu
