Hot Springs JetSetter the leak continues, Is this a drain line?

So I drained the tub, filled it back up with water and there is definitely standing water in the batting area after letting the tub sit for 12 hours. I capped off the drain line that went to the motojet area, is this the same drain line?
I really don't want to tip the tub again and dig out foam.
