The Kamoboko kindly adopted him into their group (Tanjiro as always kind, Nezuko loves to climb on Genya's shoulders, Zenitsu uses him as a new buffer between him and Inosuke, and Inosuke is always happy to have a new minion) The Kakushi are always happy to help Genya on missions. The girls in the Butterfly House are always ready to patch him up and get him back to full strength. And Gyomei kind of already adopted him so he's just sharing with everyone else. Genya is really happy over all the affection he getting from the Hashiras, but is still sad Sanemi won't talk to him. Hashiras are sick of Sad Genya. So whenever Sanemi is around Genya, any Hashira IMMEDIATELY removes Sanemi while somebody else leads Genya elsewhere. It's only after being repeatedly manhandled by the other Hashira and noticing that EVERYONE is KEEPING them apart does he get angry. And once he's done ranting, either Shinobu, Kyojuro, Tanjiro or Muichiro look at Sanemi and say. "You didn't want him. So we took him. He's ours now." Sanemi either butts in and takes his brother back, or keeps retreating in his anger causing him to be continuously shut out of Genya's life by the whole Corps.
