I can add a series to My Shows but cannot get the search to list the House Hunters, Beach Hunters etc so that I can select them to list in My Shows. I have tried various search words but just can’t get it to list them although I know that they have been on for several seasons. I’m sure it is something really simple I’m doing wrong but cannot figure out what the answer is! I’m wanting to cancel my cable that is getting more expensive by the month but want to have these shows available before I do.
Thanks for showing how to add to the favorites. I have a question on how to get back to the guide from the channel we are watching? Is there a way? Only thing i have been able to do is go back to the firestick home screen and go back into cue and select guide again....or to move up or down from the channel. There should be an easier way, no? So far, i miss the old cue. We look through the guide a lot to find something to watch and with the new one, the guide is harder to get to. We always just pushed the hamburger button and there it was.
I haven't found an easier way yet to get back to the guide. I do the same as you have been doing but I haven't had much time yet with the Pro version. I will be using it more this weekend and if I find some short cuts I'll post them.

I’ll probably contact support but I have good internet, a nvidia shield pro (a good streaming box) and I will have a lot of freezing on multiple channels. Any idea of a fix or settings to keep from freezing and skipping
Try uninstalling and reinstalling Cue. I've not heard of the box you are using. Not sure it's 100% compatible. Calling CS or sending a private message on FB will get you some answers. Keep me posted on how it's going.
Lately I have been having a lot of issues as well. Reinstalled app, cleared cache, the whole thing. I am using a Fire TV Cube with blazing fast internet. It's definitely on their end. I am bummed because I want to support their service, but the constant buffering/skipping wrong EPG on certain channels, terrible CuePro, constant "Channel is Offline" blue screen, and lack of updating the on-demand section (specifically updating new episodes) is making me reconsider their service.
I feel your frustration but I'm sticking with Cue. They are coming out with a new update this week. I hope it helps with some of the issues you're having. What version of Firecube are you using? I just ordered 2 of the Firecube 4k because we have to use those for surround sound.
@@photopro01 It's good to know an update is coming and hopefully that will resolve everything. It was working better last week, but for some reason today is terrible. Every channel is buffering every 10-30 seconds then going offline. I have both the 2nd Gen and newest 3rd Gen cubes. I have both Cue Streaming and CuePro installed and each of them are not working correctly. Hopefully it'll get resolved soon because when it works, it's an awesome service.
When moving down they the guide it is slower. I have buffering still going on. I have called Cue spoke with technical support, they have escalated my issues to higher up, said I would get a call w/in 24-48 hrs nothing so far. You are suppose to be able to back up your Cue to cloud, I done that, but has to reinstall Cue and it will not pull from cloud what I backed up. Still waiting to hear from them. I like system but about to Cancel it!
Which version are you on for Cue and which Firestick or streaming device are you using. Set the video quality to 1080p and the buffer size to large on the Firestick settings. If you have an internet service that uses a VPN you'll buffer more. If you do have that each out to your internet provider and ask how to fix the buffering from their end.
@user-fu9hm8ns4z it depends on what you save. If you save a tv series, then go back to home (on the left) it will save under My TV Shows. If it's a movie it will save under My Movies and if it's a TV Channel it saves under My Favorite TV channels. These categories show up in the middle on the Home page (the little house icon on the left)

I haven't looked into it for Cue Pro yet but on Cue 2 you'll need to get an adapter to plug in a memory stick then set the recording to external. I have a video on how to do that on Cue2. They are looking to implement a recording service by the end of the year so I haven't really looked into it for CuePro yet. Also, they have a new update coming out this week so maybe that will be part of it?
Who do you have? You can call Cue and talk to someone there. I believe they can help you with this. I believe it's illegal for your internet provider to block it.

Each tv is seperate. Each will either need a streaming device or the ap which is set to launch any day so watch for it on Google and Apple. 😊

I've got firestick. I can't get a place to add favorites on cue. My home button takes me to firestick home.
The button that looks like a house is the home button for firestick. The favorites are on the left hand side.
Watch channel 1 and 2 on CUE they will walk you through features
This is good but you can't get new movies that are in theaters like streaming boxes they should lower their price
Check out RUclips TV, Tivo, Peacock etc. They compete in this space not the new releases space.

Does Cue carry Netflix?
Cue is a streaming service as is Netflix. Cue does carry some Netflix content but is a seperate streaming service like Hulu, RUclips TV etc.
