"Alam mo ba girl" by Hev Abi is about the guy's realization of the woman's value in his life. He comes to realized that the girl means so much to him that he wanted the girl to take his feelings seriously.
In the context of the situation, he and the girl were hooking up. Both of them were there for each other, seeking warmth during the times of loneliness. He has a career and they were having fun.
Things came up and the girl left him hence the line "noong tinalikuran mo ako, muntik na akong mabuang" that means " i almost went insane when you left me" in English. That was the time he came to realized that he developed such feelings for the girl he's been with.
The title and the song itself is about him telling the girl about his feelings and how he came to that point of realization. The line "Alam mo ba" is like saying "Are you aware..." or "Do you know..." in English.

Hev Abi is good although I personally like Flow G and EZ Mil better. Alam Mo Ba Girl is topping most streaming platforms here in the Philippines so I'm guessing this song is popular.
