i was there in Srirangam when Modji visited as well as for En Mann En Makkal padayatra with K Annamalai. Srirangam people were waiting for Modiji (usually they wait only for namperumal) and there were lots of people inside their houses watching Modiji. Modjiji is believed to be a true king in Srirangam and thats why so much affection poured on him. Modiji has a very mystic energy to attract common people.
So perfectly said. When we see the video of modijis visit to srirangam the vibe was equivalent to seeing namperumal utsavar doing the oorugolam. The people were in complete reverence on the streets with folded hands and blessing the PM. Absolutely stunning sight.

Many will be afraid of their income and running the family. And, Annamalai is having multiple skills. Some will be good in speaking but bad in punctuality. Some very good in their work, but cannot lead a team. Some will have great skills, but use it for making money or being corrupt. Like this more or all of good leadership qualities are not found in many. Annamalai has more positives than many and has come to politics bravely before 40 years of his age.

It is human nature that when one interacts with another, whether one is aware of it or not, there is a subconscious weighing of each other that goes on behind, while the interaction is on. Subconsciously one arrives at the conclusion that the other person is genuine and trustworthy or otherwise. When you see all the utterances of Annamalai, one can feel that they come from the depth of his heart, spontaneous and not anything pre-rehearsed to give to the public. Professor Ramesh is an asset to PGurus, in my view, as a management Guru in addition to other experts in financel, economics, geo-politics etc as prime channel drivers. It is very timely that Prof. Ramesh analysed Leader KA through the microscope of management principles, for many reasons, including the growing percentage of youth (voter) population, majority of them educated and informed logical aspirational thinkers, the changing political scenario which needs to be guided towards a fundamentally robust one and of course the success in winning elections in any good democracy. I see Annamalai getting BJP vote share in the Lok Sabha to a respectable figure in 2024. I also see him as a strong contender for the CM of Tamil Nadu in the Assembly elections. There is no doubt that he will figure in national politics in the years to come. As Prof Ramesh said, Age is fortunately on his side.

Professor Ramesh is an asset to PGurus, in my view, as a management Guru in addition to other experts in financel, economics, geo-politics etc as prime channel drivers. It is very timely that Prof. Ramesh analysed Leader KA through the microscope of management principles, for many reasons, including the growing percentage of youth (voter) population, majority of them educated and informed logical aspirational thinkers, the changing political scenario which needs to be guided towards a fundamentally robust one and of course the success in winning elections in any good democracy. Fortunately, management science is based on pure logic which any one willing to grasp will understand the nuances Professor Ramesh brought out here in simple eloquence of a seasoned academician. The winning strategies of National leaders such as Modi ji, Amit Shah Ji too had been based on similar principles ( which Professor Ramesh discussed), perhaps flowing out more from their shear logical acumen than any scholastic practice. As such no wonder then that Shri KA was genuinely attracted by them and feels proud of professing so.
Iyer Ji, we viewers are looking forward to more such interactions with the charisma of Professor Ramesh, especially along the lines of episodes on evolving politics ( like DGI) through the lens of management acumen in practical poltics.
