I just scored a pair a couple weeks ago in the same color! As someone who loves Birkenstocks, I saw them, was intrigued, and bought in, and they look amazing! Was told by Hermes that the insole (the part your foot rests on) was calfskin as well as the strap, and that the rubber part was only the outer sole.
Have not actually worn mine yet bc it's been so busy but am excited to "attempt" styling them LOL!
