CH FR made the music box rendition of that song for the collab. And since that wasn't part of the actual medley, the technical difficulties screen was added as a placeholder during that bit

I also note that the instrumental is 23 seconds shorter despite having that extra phrase. I assume there's some segment that isn't included in the instrumental, but I can't figure out which...it's definitely something in the middle, but where?
