@@sambasanyang2048 Well at least try to read the book first and decide if he did justice to the history or not. Even some fulas didn’t like the way he wrote the history because it doesn’t favor their version . But Djibril Tamsir is a historian , he doesn’t care about tribal ego . And yes many mandinka emigrated after the fall of Kansala, that doesn’t mean that there were no mandinka in casamance and Gambia . Pakao and many province of Gambia were part of Kaabu . And after the fall kansala , many more migrated to the casamance , pakao and other province of Gambia .
