    Great video.. dropped a like..
    I have a question: What is the maximum current that an input can handle? When you used your push button, how much current is being sinked into the input? Is their an internal resistor? Sorry, I don't want to damage anything, lol
    Thank you

      Thanks! An input will draw 4mA. Inputs don't have a "max current rating" unlike outputs. The way it works is that an input will take 24VDC and require 4mA of current to detect the level. There's no way to sink or draw more current than that into an input without using a fixed current supply that will fry the input. The button will draw 4mA through it.

    Does that wiring also work for the dc/dc/dc plc?

      We have a separate video on an Analog input on the S7-1200 PLC; you can find it here: ruclips.net/video/S7TtXwLeQyg/видео.html

    How to wiring and programming safety relay with PLC for reset it ?

    • @SolisPLC
      @SolisPLC 3 года назад

      That's a complicated question to answer. It depends on the safety relay and what the documentation requires to reset it.
