Diaz’s issue is his style is suited for a round less fight or a 7 round fight. Oddly you can whop his ass yet somehow end up more hurt then him
@@nonyobussiness3440 it's a bad style for a five rounder then lol
Nick was actually doing better as the fight went on, round 1 and 2 were all gsp but you start to see diaz make adjustments and correcting himself but gsp was a beast
Some say that the Diaz brothers will beat anyone if you give them enough rounds.
Gsp is soooo smooth. Damn. It's like I ve listened to some symphony u know
Lol what? Wdym
6:10 amazing escape never seen something like that
You're right, not done by accident either... he looked like he practiced it.
Lmao
you have any brothers cause thats straight bro wrestling
@@lukeknopp4267 LOL, i have but my bro was more into boxing, so I became more into running
Luke Knopp holy shit so true lmao. nate helped him with that one
I love this fight, it's one of the few that highlights high level bjj negating high level wrestling and vice versa
George’s traditional take down method mixed with his superior ground control gave him the upper hand here. They were pretty evenly matched as far as stand up goes, but George knew how to get Nick out of his comfort zone. Great strategy.
That stand up was not even, Georges outclassed Nick in every aspect of the fight, on the feet, on the ground, in the clinch. He just had his number.
GSP just blends his punches into a takedown, it’s quite interesting to watch
Thats why usman and colby and Edwards and burns are at the the top of the welterweight division. Mixing it up in striking and grappling.
@@kadenkirklow1190 Usman is the best at mixing it up, I’d love to see Usman go up to middleweight and run it with Cannonier, Whittaker, gastelum, costa, etc. he’s a big welterweight, and I think he could even be a double champ if He’d fight Izzy
@@yeeyee2018 first he has to beat colby again than he has nothing else to prove in the division.
@@kadenkirklow1190 exactly. Colby is definitely gonna be a good fight for him. I really don’t see a winner just thinking about it. Although, if usman does win, he would have definitely proved himself to be the current welterweight GOAT.
@@yeeyee2018 i got my boy Colby but im bias
Diaz brothers are not acting. They really are as unintelligent as they sound.
Here after everyones talking about GSP khabib 😁
GSP forever mma legend
Gsp’s superman punch is a sight to behold
Lol the diaz brothers just have one big logic, block all punches with ur face.
Right !!!!!
3:50 😂👌🤦♂️
That was really funny😂😂
Can someone explain? I dont get it.
lolllll
Is there a fight where fighters do more of those kicks like in a row? That's be hilarious
Georges was the smartest fighter. You'll never see Nick get tired, or get outboxed. GSP jab is art. Unbelievable how lopsided he makes the greats look.
Diaz brothers think they always deserve more but truth is they are above what they normally deserve
The sportsmanship at the end speaks volumes about those guys
Nick was still salty. GSP doesn't hold onto grudges.
Nick didn't reach his full potential in this fight. But again, he was facing GoatSP.
Nick was at His prime. He totally lost. Badly.
mudeye It wasn’t that bad of a loss. Went the whole fight with GSP. GSP controlled the fight and took Nick down a lot but Nick was defending good on the ground. Stand up fight, Diaz would whoop GSPs ass any day, but GSP bring him went for takedowns. He controlled but was nowhere being Nick getting destroyed.
Cory Balogh stfu he got destroyed.
@@corybalogh8448 Nick had nothing to offer
ReservoirFrogs It wasn’t a good fight for him but it’s funny because GSPs face was more fucked up than Nicks.
God damn, GSP was in a league of his own. 🐐🐐
Man Nick got man handled but fkk the guy had some scrambles when I dont think there was another fighter at the time to be able to out scramble GSP
NOTICE that Nick isn't throwing up his hands in this fight!
GSP is a very technical fighter and broke nick's run and gun style
It’s that jab
Such great respect between two of the game's Titans.
I watched it again because of RUclips recommendation about GSP "you think I'm scared of you man?” hahahaha 😂
M watching today
Same
Same
Diaz got dominated so much on the ground. It drained him so much he thought they poisoned his IV
GSP didn’t do much on the ground.
I love watching the Diaz brothers getting rekt. They're such big shit talkers lol.
Very fulfilling. The Diaz brother are shat stains.

Both announcers at the same time after seeing GSP takedown: “once again”
I miss GSP he is the greatest overall fighter the UFC ever had he was a master on the ground and could stand and bang it out with the best strikers and has the most beautiful super man punch ever dude is just a absolute fucking monster wish he fought a lil longer than he did
Gsp most complete fighter not in ufc only but ever striking kickin ground and pound wrestling everything man
I remember kick boxer champ Jean-Yves Theriault, watch his old videos.
Gsp in his prime,as a welterweight vs Khabib would be nice.george would Win ,i m sure
Lmao nah khabib would whoop GSP
@@VivaRonaldo19 nah, GSP would crush khabib
@@jayfomin not really I mean both are exceptional wrestlers but GSP is more versatile and a far superior striker easy UD for Georges
It's hard to bet against GSP.
Man, I love Khabib and a huge fan of him, but I see GSP winning the fight. The guy is an absolute unit.
Edited: Of course in GSP's prime.
Dude acting all gangster against a Canadian going to war 😂
Diaz was simply out classed? GSP ROCKS!!!!
gsp takes lots of steroids
@@hugohugo412 cope harder
@@shahood8116 huh
@Nick Waddle you mad lmao
Diaz got poisoned
I mean nick is a legend...one of the toughest lads out there...but GSP is the goat....
Alternative title: GSP rag-dolls confused man for 25 minutes.
1:22 Damn GSPs corner was stacked... No wonder why he was so great
Nick was completely outclassed here
Love this performance by the champ. The knee on the ground was especially brutal.
Got to admit these Diaz brothers are tough
St.Pierre took Diaz to school
how? dude is just on roids and going for the takedown cause he ain't got shit on Diaz if he stays on feet. also he did poor on the floor, he just has strength on his side. Nick is a better fighter
There is now way GSP wasnt on PEDs he left right when USADA came in.
fvgc454ss yeah... then he came back at 185 fucking jacked.
gare krishna ahaha gsp on roids ? You are on drugs man ! And diaz better ? Nice joke
fvgc454ss he left two years before the ufc even announced they were gonna start using usada testing. Then he came back after they were implemented and still didn't get popped. Unless gsp is psychic his retiring had nothing to do with usada.
GSP and Diaz where my favorite fighters of that era of the UFC, of course Chuck Liddell, Anderson Silva and BJ Penn as well
GSP is just soo much stronger, gets to do anything he wants in this fight. Superior wrestling as well.
0:43 I had to look twice 😂
The respect after this fight was 👌
Gotta Love these two
Man, I love Nick, he's awesome!
He is flipping shit lmao
What happens when a gifted athlete and talent meets a sheer warrior
Double legs and jabs?
Two of the all time greats!
As good of a fighter nick Diaz was, there’s no well in hell he was gonna beat gsp
Nick was pissed after the first round from all the takedowns lol
I remember some people saying they thought Nick won that fight, that's so ridiculous.
GSP is like :;- keep talking mate I will keep you beating...Nate is no match to GSP in this fight
With a very few notable exceptions, Nate and Nick would be undefeated if there were no time limit.
You mean they’ll be getting toss around 😂
@@marcosmendez8805 like newborn baby
GSP was one of the most dynamic fighters of his generation... true star power. 💯
I remembered GSP being more dominant than he was lol Nick had some pretty nice ground reversals but George was just relentless he never gives up on take down hes like Khabib that way.
You mean, Khabib is like GSP in that way.
@@Tyrannosaurus_5000
You are right. GSP was one of Khabib's favorite MMA fighter.
I have to give Nick credit. While I'm admittedly, just a "casual", I think he fought one of the UFC GOATs quite well!
what? he got raped and acted like a child. Diaz got completely outstruck, outwrestled, outgrappled. which part of this fight did he fight well? please explain. the people that liked this post are mad diaz fans.
He made it the full 5 rounds. A true “GOAT” like how people say GSP is, would’ve finished and destroyed Diaz, but he didn’t.
@@misato4639 GSP dominated but I agree with Omar he got heart and got up every time.
Chris Prado ugg. Stupid casuals. The Diaz brothers are incredibly durable. Anderson Silva, one of only 2 other people with legitimate arguments for being the GOAT, couldn’t finish nick and he’s one of the best ever at finishing fights. So GSP not finishing nick means nothing relevant to the GOAT argument.
@@chrisprado8505 it sucks how dumb you are :(
Diaz is very respectful, after his fights. He puts asses in the seats tho. One of my favorites!!
4:22 Grounded Superman pound ????? GSP is the GOAT
Gsp is goat but lots of people do that type of strike too like khabib when he fought Connor, I'm sure he did that.
@Mal Theri I'm just pointing out how it's a bit more common than one might think.
@Mal Theri GSP and Jon Jones?? Oh yeah.....
