I know why the mod kept doing blood moons in the beginning. “Every enemy” includes Octorocks, and lynels die in water….so…. Yeah…blood moon rises once again.

If lynels take damage WHILE knowing Link’s presence, they’ll attack Link, reguardless if they take damage from another source. The lynels being spawned are placed too close to another and when they move against another, causes “trample” damage.

1:23:33 lynels are like boulders. When these objects collide with another, they take damage (link or another lynel). If a lynel sees you and takes damage, they get aggro and attack.
this is why link takes damage RIGHT WHEN THEY SPAWN, before swinging their weapons. Lynels also damage each other because they spawn in the air, which counts as one object colliding with another.

@PointCrow the blood moon is a mechanic that the game designer put in as a way to not only ensure that the world does not run out of resources but also as a way to reset everything if there is a glitch in the system and therefore modding the game so all enemies are Lynels is not natural and therefore the game is trying to fix itself

Here is a trick for eventide
If you have an op weapon like a savage lynel sword or crusher trow it on the island before jumping off of the raft and you will have the weapon on eventide to slay it
Note:It also works with bows and shields
This but every AI is a lynel
So you ocaasionally have a old lynel glide down gem the sky (old man)
Imps is a lynel
You can still talk to them
If you can get close enough
