I have a problem on xbox one with spinning the wheel.My character will come over, grab the wheel but then nothing else happens when i move LS😕 And no i am not in a country where gambling is illegal😅 Maybe you know how to overcome this?
On PS you need to hit X after hitting arrow to engage wheel, then spin. It should be similar on XBox, you probably need to hit another button. It will say so on bottom of screen.

closing the game after spinning corrupted my save files and took me 3 days to figure out how to fix it
