Now THIS is how an "assembly" video should be made. Just the facts! No cute commentary, no comedy act, no "look at me" bullshit behavior that is so annoying to viewers. You are awesome, sir!! I just ordered this very model, so your vid is good preparation in for me to know what the hell I'm doing ahead of time. Got my Weber Spirit II E-310 delivered today in the UK and watched this video whilst assembling it. Not once did I look into the instructions. Seeing someone build it is much easier to follow, specially someone with such experience.

Great video. You are the expert, you assembly this bbq from open the box to finish in under 21 minutes, most of us spend at least 2 hours to put this together.

Nice speedrun assembly, mine is still in the box...
Great video. This really helped me get my grill assembled. Only thing is, early in the video I realized that I didn't have the propane tank gauge, the stand-offs, or the regulator. It figures. They sold me a natural gas model. I went ahead and completed the assembly. Now, I have to take it back to the big box store that I bought it from and exchange it. I have practice now. I feel like they owe me for the assembly and return trip. We'll see how that goes.

How did you get that reflector to lock in place so easy and quick? I'm stuck on it all day. Mine feels like a touch too wide. And I was not able to get those rear tabs in place.

Nice work, I assemble these for Amazon.Two questions for you brother: Where do you work/is this a weber factory? And two, what kind of drill bit/extension are you using for your screws? That thing seems pretty handy.

Too fast for those of us who like to pay attention to detail, like the wiring part. Amost like you’re going fast to impress all the back slappers at the sacrifice of detail.

I have assembled tons of these as I charged per piece, and decided to simply strap a camera on and show my process with a little explaining added for those who need a little extra help orrrr for assemblers who are looking for faster ways to get it together. ;) This channel is soley for fun but thanks for the laugh, I always find it funny when someone tries to criticize bullshit.

Great video! Very helpful. One question - the chrome/steel piece (not exactly sure what it is called) that goes on the bottom of the inside of the grill, does that just sit on the bottom? Or is it supposed to snap into the hole in the bottom of the grill?
