liz bet panties you only wear when you’re on your period. That way you don’t stain all of your underwear. I use like the same 5 pair during my period so I don’t ruin my clean ones.

Yes! I use baby powder along the sides of my downstairs area along the pelvis. Even though you put powder on the liner or pad it still gets in there then the end result is a yeast infection. I’ll do it 😘, okay so u need wipes or tissue change every break and lunch spray perfume on urself and you’ll smell normal and a really AMAZING tip is two wear 2 pads one at the front one at the back so it doesn’t leak mabye even three on the first 2 days you put two pads in the front and one in the back if it’s really heavy x

Nar Chleor don’t worry it’s normal to get it kinda early just make sure your cleaning your downstairs area real good for not a strong oder. Wear pads, tampons etc (whatever you prefer). Change yourself ( pad or tampon) multiple times a day like 2-4x a day. Or every 2 hours. Watch more videos for more information that’s all I can think of right now. i use the brand "Bodyform" of course i have only had pne perod so far but it was really heavy to the point where i was leaving lesson every half an hour.They worked really well,i got no leakage,and i went ahead and picked up my first pack of pantliners because i was getting really heay discharge.I got a pack of bodyform ones for a pound,they had 30 in them and they had all different sizes.Definately would reccomend
I used to use the normal vagasil wash but it made things worse so I did some research and the one that you wanted to try (omv) wash I have it and the wipes and it's great!! Works wonders and helps me stay feeling fresh and clean. I would recommend it!
