Hi there, do you know how to turn off the incoming message notification sound while you have ongoing call? Its loud when you have the phone in your ear and the notification sound goes off. I checked all settings and i can't fix it. The old samsung doesn't do this. Please help. Thank you.

Has anyone figured out how to get notifications when screen is black? Used to have a blue light on mine. Now I have to pick up phone and turn it on to see if texts or missed calls. Not happy about this.

How do I turn off the temporary bright light when I pick up my phone when it’s on dark mode? I use my phone a lot at night in the bed, so that bright lighting up of the screen hurts my eyes. I already have dark mode, extra dim and eye shield turned on. But the phone still lights up for a split section when I turn on the screen. Please help!

If you are referring to the fingerprint light, your chances are small that you can change it. eye shield does not work on the lockscreen as long as you use the fp sensor

Yes I get 4 to 4.5hrs SOT from 100% and only 3 - 3.5 hrs if I charge till 85%. I get a lot of calls during office time, so I am wondering if my network is taking a lot of battery. I don't play games, use camera much in weekdays. Mostly social media, calls and on wifi

When you can't dial a number
In short when i dial-up it shows not "registered on network"
And in the network status says emergency calls only while service state it displays out of service
It's an A12
