Literally 99% are completely distinct from each other.
Happiny, Blissey and Elekid are the only ones who come close to be indistinguishable but even are possible to see.

As a shiny hunter, I can say that some shinies are…interesting. Firstly, Gengar and Garchomp have infamously bad shinies, and Scarlet and Violet “fixed” them, I guess
