Maybe one of the reasons why I got hooked with btob because of the 90s/00s vibes of some of their songs. The boybands that I got hooked when I was younger. I wouldn't be surprised if the boys have fond memories of western boybands (bsb,wl, boyzone,etc etc) too.. they're 90s kids as well 😊

To be honest I came into K-pop because of idols looks but now because of btob I respect them for their talents.

The only group who doesn't settle for mainstream genres in their field. They don't care about charts, they care about creating good music that connects to it's listeners. One of the reasons why they are my favorite artists.

For people who are saying they're underrated: no, they're not. Sure, they're not as famous internationally as some other groups (bts, exo, got7) but they're well known in Korea and other countries in Asia. Views on RUclips aren't everything, you shouldn't base your opinions just bc of that. I agree that they deserve WAY MORE attention that they have, because they deserve every fucking thing in this world, but they're indeed appreciated. ALL the other Idols know BTOB, And stan BTOB. All the other groups recognize how talented they are, just see their interactions with them and you'll understand. And the most important part: they have a really strong and loyal fanbase in SK, that stands for them no matter what.
The thing is: Melodies are quiet, you hardly will see one of us into those ridiculous fanwars. We are quiet, but we are strong and loyal to these boys. (Don't want to offend anyone, I'm just making clear that they aren't underrated even if a lot of people sleep on them ~or bc they've never heard about them or bc don't understand what quality really is) (AND I'm sorry the bad English, i'm not a native speaker)

They just hit #1 on Melon, which isn't an easy thing to do at this time for a male idol group especially with all the top digital sellers still holding their place at the top of the chart. That means it's not just the fans who are listening to their music but the public as well. So proud of how much BTOB has grown and let themselves known :)

Btob is one of the big group now in korea. You may not feel it internationally but btob are a great group that inspired korean people through their songs. And hope soon, international melody will grow as what kmelody grew so much bigger, happier, prouder and talented fandom in korea.
They not have inspired only koreans but they have also inspired international people as well. I'm an Indian but BTOBs songs has truly inspired me. Especially their ballads.

BTOB's Indian Melody yeah i know, they reached many people also international but some kpop internationals fans are not liking ballad as a whole, so for us who touched with their music we are so blessed to find a gem like them, its rare but continuous to shines more as the days goes by.
