59:33 Jeff is just not proactive enough to plan for what should happen if someone takes rice. He’s more of a reactor than an anticipator, which is wild in the case of putting food in front of hungry people, or in any competition with rules.
Jack is spot on! Gabe seems to be playing to be a memorable character on Survivor and not himself which isn't playing to win but playing to be asked back for Season 50.
FYI - and I could be missing something - but this season started a week earlier than Survivor 45 and will probably end a week earlier, too. Unless there is something unique about this season, Episode 13 will be the finale and that should land on December 11th.
Gabe’s decision is a lot like Carson’s in S44. Both chose to create their own band of misfits rather than go with the expected majority. The Tika 3 made it to the end, do you think Gabe/Sue/Caroline will?
I agree with Jack on Gabe, I do worry he is carrying the villain persona so strongly that it blinds him to the social game that also factors in who wins, but I do think his persona in tribal is more promising because he is not as villainous, he does articulate very well and that is someone to watch out for!
I’m so mad that they blew up Rachel’s spot. Because if I was another player especially from a different tribe my first thought would have been- Oh so she’s sneaky, I might need to watch out for her.
Kyle gives me JT vibes a little bit, don't underestimate the nice southern charm when it's legitimate. I thought he was playing the best game until this boot which blew his game up. Now his game rides on how well he can pivot. I wouldn't be surprised to see him find a way to get close to Gabe and work with him now.
I totally disagree with Jack about Gabe. What he sees in Gabe, is what I see in Sam. With trying hard in the confessionals. I think Gabe game play thinking is next level, and it is great to hear him talk it out. I’m getting Iceman from Gabe.
My fav podcast! Thank you all :D

Poker is a card game. You can bet or gamble on ANYTHING. You can bet on crazy 8's if you want.
Brice's imitation of Andy's inner voice sounds like my Grandmother.
and Gabe, Gabe, Gabe do NOT call Sue a broken bird! If those women hear him talking like that he's toast.
Idk about Rachel's sandy butt-rice... soaked in raw ocean water... I liked the move, but I'm not sure if I'd be hungry enough to eat it yet.
@@katedgreat I think if you were out there you might right it 😂

Kyle playing the best game? He was barely in the edit 😂
