Talent Manager Trouble

  • Опубликовано: 9 фев 2025
  • The plaintiff says the defendant’s talent management company reached out to her and offered to manage her son’s music career. She claims she paid the defendant, but he didn’t do anything, so she’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant argues the plaintiff reached out to him and he insists he got her son exposure. He denies owing her and is countersuing for breach of contract.

That song is too grown for a child to me, I wouldn’t want my son singing about a girl in that way at 6.

This sounds like a fake case. They probably planned this case to expose the kid on tv. 😂😂 I would have never heard of him if it wasn’t for Judge Mathis.

The way she copped that attitude with JM at the end, let me know that she was legit trying to win. No way would she have treated the judge like that had if she knew this whole thing was just a scam for publicity.

Any manager that approaches talent and asks for more than 10-20 percent is a scammer. Never pay someone to represent you. The talent/gigs will speak for itself smh

I don't really think she was trying to live though her child, i think she saw something in her son and wanted to take advantage of it before he find other interest. He's only in kindergarten and that's too much to put on a child that early but none the less you still got attention. Being on JM show and having people view your music video gives him free publicity. Smart move

Lesson: Don't live vicariously through your kids. I watched the video and she needs a backup plan.
