I lived in Fort Worth Texas in 1967-1969. As a kid I hated Texas. We lived in the country. I didn't know what a city looked like until we moved to Sacramento,Ca. Have never been back to Texas. Enjoy
To be honest with you, we had a bad experience there but we booked through a third party. Our room had mold everywhere and looked like the sheets had not been changed. We had to go for the office a few times. But, with that being said, my sister’s room was much cleaned, smelt better, and had no mold. She was only a few floors down from us. So, not sure if it was booking through the third party because she booked directly through the hotel. We spent more time in her room, which was much better! Hopefully that helps! The breakfast wasn’t bad tho! We do love port A and have such a great time there! Just make sure you speak up if the room isn’t to your liking! They did make a few adjustment but we did have to stay in the moldy room since they were booked out completely. The pool was nice too.

I live in Dallas but my Mom grew up in the Gregory/Portland area right next to corpus. Port A has always been a fun spot to drive down to

May I ask about Alister square inn???? I have reservations for there next month and ummmm now I’m worried.
